In 2005, drawing from their years of experience as a wholesaler, Yamamoto Paper began to produce and sell their own paper products to share their enjoyment of paper. MYOKAIKOU
Kuniyoshi Utagawa 1798-1861 [The Fifty-Three Cats] This caricature compares the 53 Stops on the Tokaido Highway to the behavior of cats. Utagawa Kuniyoshi, an ukiyoe artist of the Edo period, was known for his love of cats, and there is an anecdote that he painted this picture with a cat in his pocket.
