When will it be available In Shop?

Hobonichi at Sunset: 2027 Drop in shop is Monday, August 31 from 7pm-10pm PDT. RSVP Ticketing for timed entry begins Friday, August 14 at 10am PDT.

How do I RSVP for the special In Shop Hobonichi at Sunset: 2027 Drop?

You can RSVP HERE. Only RSVP if you can attend.

If spots are all reserved you can jump on the waitlist.

Will there be a stand-by line for the  In Shop Hobonichi at Sunset: 2027 Drop?

No, there will not be a stand-by line. If you were not able to get an RSVP you can still jump on the waitlist or shop online.

When will it be available Online?

Monday, August 31 at 7pm PDT

Will the stock be online to preview before August 31?

All stock is ready for preview. On August 31 at 7pm PDT the stock will update and be available for purchase. We will have almost the entire collection but we will not have access to any of the Japan exclusives.

Will you be stocking Mother and One Piece?

Yes! Mother will be available on Monday, August 31 at 7pm. One Piece will be available on Wednesday, September 30 at 7pm PDT.

Can I purchase more than 1 of the same item?

No. We will not allow purchasing multiples of any item. You will be limited to 1 of each design/style.

Do you have local pick-up and shipping options?

Yes. You'll be given the option of picking up your order from our shop in Downtown Santa Ana or shipped to you. Notifications will be sent when orders are ready to be picked up or shipped. 

Due to the anticipated volume of orders there may be delays.

Will you be restocking SOLD OUT items?

All stock is dependent on Hobonichi's supply. You can receive notifications if a product is back in stock by clicking on "notify me when available" on the product listing. 

Our next restock will be mid-October 2026.

Can planner books and covers be purchased separately?

Yes, for 2027 planner books and covers can be purchased separately.

Coming to our in shop drop on 8/31? Here's what to expect:

1) You will have a 10 minute grace period for entry. If you miss your time slot by more than 10 minutes you will not be allowed in. 

2) You'll have about 30 minutes to shop. We highly encourage you to preview the collection on our site so you're ready for your shopping window. 

3) We will not allow purchasing multiples of any item. You will be limited to 1 of each design/style.

4) While we will be prioritizing stock for our in shop drop there may be items that are dold out depending on your time slot.

5) Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days. Items must be unopened and unused.
