When will workshops begin again?
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to host in-person workshops at our shop at this time. In the meantime, we have co-hosting online workshops. As soon as we are able to, we will schedule our in-person workshops again! The best way to find out the latest news is to join our newsletter list.
Can I take these workshops without any experience?
Absolutely! Most of our workshops are designed for beginners! You don't need any experience! However, many of these workshops are great for those with some experience as well. See the specific workshop descriptions to decide what best fits your interests and skill level.
What does the registration cost include?
The registration cost for in-person workshops is all-inclusive of materials and supplies needed for each experience! There are various registration options for online workshops.
Light refreshments will be served for in-shop workshops only! You do not need to bring anything else to the workshop at our shop, just yourself and maybe a friend!
What is your CANCELLATION policy?
There are NO REFUNDS for any of our workshops. There are NO transfers for online workshops. If you are no longer able to attend an in-person workshop, please notify us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled workshop date in order to receive credit for a future workshop. This credit must be redeemed within 6 weeks of your originally scheduled workshop date.
- Transfer requests made with less than 10 days notice will incur a 10% fee.
- Transfer requests made with less than 72 hours notice are not accepted and the registration will be non-refundable and non-transferable to another workshop.
All transfer requests must be emailed to Melanie at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a transfer request is received, you will be notified with a confirmation email.
On rare occasion, if a workshop does not meet a 10 student minimum, the workshop may be cancelled. If this is the case, you will be refunded in full.
Is there a waiting list for sold out workshops?
Yes, there is! Space is limited in each of our workshops. If a workshop is sold out, you can request to be added to a WAITING LIST in a case a seat becomes available! For additional questions, please email email@example.com

All our of in-shop workshops are currently held in our shop in Downtown Santa Ana. Our shop address: 305-103 E. 4th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701
All our online workshops are hosted on the Zoom platform.

There is a parking structure located behind our shop at:
5th & Spurgeon, 300 E. 5th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701
The first two hours of parking are free.
Can I book a workshop for a private group or party?
Absolutely! We will work with you to craft the workshop experience that's just right for your occasion, whether it's a birthday party, bridal shower, or a night out with some friends. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let's get the event planning started!
Are Gift Certificates available for workshops?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card online that can be used towards workshops.
