Hobonichi Techo - Yumi Kitagishi: Book Band with Charm (White Cat)
Hobonichi started as a lifestyle website “Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun,” [Almost Daily Itoi Newspaper] in 1998 featuring “almost-daily” essays by founder and editor-in-chief, Shigesato Itoi, who is well known for other ventures including game design and songwriting. In 2001, the Hobonichi Techo [planner] was launched after positive response from readers when asked if they would purchase a techo by the brand if developed. Since then, the Hobonichi lineup has grown from 1 to 7 types, with some being available in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and has sold over 10 million copies over the world.
This book band can hold two pens of different thicknesses and prevents your techo from opening. An adorable White Cat charm drawn by Yumi Kitagishi serves as an accent. It comes with an adjustable hook closure that fits both the A6 and A5 sizes of the Hobonichi Techo HON. It adds a wonderful accent even to the simply designed HON.
