PRE-ORDER 2027 Hobonichi Techo English Weeks - Hiroko Kubota: Meteor Shower in the Light Blue Forest
Hobonichi started as a lifestyle website “Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun,” [Almost Daily Itoi Newspaper] in 1998 featuring “almost-daily” essays by founder and editor-in-chief, Shigesato Itoi, who is well known for other ventures including game design and songwriting. In 2001, the Hobonichi Techo [planner] was launched after positive response from readers when asked if they would purchase a techo by the brand if developed. Since then, the Hobonichi lineup has grown from 1 to 7 types, with some being available in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and has sold over 10 million copies over the world.

SHIPS MID-OCTOBER
This Weeks book features a fantastical landscape with exclusive illustrations by Hiroko Kubota. It depicts a tranquil light-blue forest and a lake reflecting a universe-like starry sky. Two white cats in a small boat peer through a telescope as if waiting for something. The path of a large fish is beautifully expressed with shimmering aurora foil, allowing you to enjoy a changing gleam that resembles light flickering underwater. The cover has been constructed as a light hardcover book with some give to it so it still bends.
