Hobonichi started as a lifestyle website “Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun,” [Almost Daily Itoi Newspaper] in 1998 featuring “almost-daily” essays by founder and editor-in-chief, Shigesato Itoi, who is well known for other ventures including game design and songwriting. In 2001, the Hobonichi Techo [planner] was launched after positive response from readers when asked if they would purchase a techo by the brand if developed. - This flat pouch can store an A6 HON. The L-shape zipper opens the pouch extra wide for easy access. This pouch is nice and light to hold and is made with the same material as the tragen cover, which uses a soft nylon with an elegant sheen.
