Lamy 2000 Fountain Pen - Black
Josef Lamy was a German sales representative of Parker Pens with dreams of creating his own company to manufacture and sell fountain pens. In 1930, Lamy established Orthos Füllfederhalter-Fabrik and within the decade, the company experienced tremendous growth. In 1952, the company released its first pen, the Lamy 27, which became a symbol of the brand’s high quality with its smooth-flowing ink. In 1966, they unveiled the now legendary Lamy 2000, cementing Lamy’s own status as a legend within the industry.
