Maruman was established in Tokyo in 1920, when its founder went to Europe to purchase spiral notebook machines, making Maruman the first to use such machines in Japan. Today, Maruman is known for its products which are designed meticulously with various use cases in mind. One of their latest products, the Mnemosyne is especially popular in Japan and works wonderfully with fountain pen inks.
